This stunning painting by Nicholas Francis Habbe (1827-89) is entitled 'BRITANNIA RULE THE WAVES' (1876). It shows Britannia and Neptune riding a Chariot, preceded by Tritons blowing Conch Shells, and accompanied by frolicking Sea Nymphs. Around the inside of the Rainbow it says "RULE BRITANNIA, BRITANNIA RULE THE WAVES. BRITONS NEVER SHALL BE SLAVES."
 
Each card is A5 in size, made with firm card, and blank inside. A5 is 6x8" or 150x210mm. Please note that envelopes are NOT provided.
